Supporting Our Community During Covid-19

Themis Wealth Management’s Kate Gannon has been doing her bit throughout the pandemic to support older neighbours who have been shielding near her home in Cornwall.

Many elderly people have been forced to shield for nearly a year now and with online delivery starts hard to come by, let alone the technical difficulties of securing one, many older members of the public have found it harder to get their shopping.

Kate, who is a trustee for Age UK, has been supporting older members of her local community by braving the shops for them, picking up food and bits and bobs for elderly neighbours in Crantock.

Kate’s contribution has been recognised in an article on the Professional Adviser website, which also recognises other Financial Advisers who have been supporting their communities in similar ways around the country.
